To travel is to take a journey into yourself— Danny Kaye

This year celebrates the 15th year of my business, Pear Tree Enterprises.

It’s been a beautiful journey which began as a renaissance type of business and is now narrowed down to three major things — journalism, speaking, and writing books. (Along with a side business cat sitting!)

I’ve been many places and met many people, but the best part of the journey is what I’ve been feeling on the inside — a sense of accomplishment, a sense of empowerment, a sense of learning and growing, and a sense of great peace. I’ve been feeling so great lately, so much younger than my years and I’ve been telling myself, “I don’t ever want to retire — this is just too good!”

The “surprise” news that I mentioned last month is that The Gypsy Smiled is going to have a second printing! It will be published by Higher Ground, a publishing company that also did my book, I Don’t Want to Be Like You.

“Going Going Gone” is going going STRONG! I have four bookings coming up.

I’m wishing all of you a very Happy Autumn!
