Maryanne Christiano-Mistretta has been writing professionally since 1995. She’s a self-employed award-winning journalist, author, public speaker and ghost writer.

She’s the lead market editor of DiningOut magazine, Bergen/Hudson County New Jersey edition.

Maryanne has interviewed health celebrities such as Oleda Baker, Paul Nisson, Carol Alt, David Wolfe and the late Nicholas Gonzales. Maryanne has spoken on healthy eating in many New Jersey libraries.

She is also the founder of the non-profit organization R.O.A.R. (Respect Our Animals’ Rights) and volunteers for various organizations.
