“The greatest wealth is health.” —
Grandma always said, “Be grateful for your health. If you have your health, you have everything.” She was right. When I wake up in the morning and realize I am 55-years-old without aches and pains, perfect blood work, and pretty close to my ideal weight, I can’t complain about anything. Health shouldn’t be taken for granted and I try my best to stay as healthy as possible, in both body, mind, and spirit.
This is why it’s such a blessing to work the way I want to, writing blogs, helping people write their books and memoirs, and giving talks/lectures to various venues. Being happy is a great way to stay healthy!

Sunday, June 2, 2019, 2 p.m. “The Life and Music of David Bowie” (featuring Rob Fusari) — Scotch Plains Library, Scotch Plains, New Jersey. We are donating ALL of our proceeds from this event to animals! Half will go to CareBear Box (which benefits animals in shelters) and half will go to ROAR (which donates to various animal groups)!
