“The only reason for being a professional writer is that you just can’t help it.” — Leo Rosten.

October was unbelievable! First, Be (Extra)Ordinary: 10 Ways to Become Your Own Hero is released! THEN, Love Cats gets picked up for a SECOND EDITION by traditional publisher Pink Flamingo Media — whoa! It will be released in 2020.

To say I am walking on air is an understatement!

During the month of October, I’ve also completed my first playwright, Ain’t Life a Beach! It will be performed at the Westlake Golf & Country Club in Jackson, NJ, on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at 7 p.m. info on tickets TBA.

Jesse Walker, of “The Jesse Walker Show” will be the star on the show and I was honored to be a guest on his show recently. You can check out the interview here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7_O5ZdsVNo&t=2s

This is what life is all about, doing what you love and being happy!

“On the Guest List” is available on Amazon! To get your copy, go here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/162903908X

Jan. 8, I was on the book panel reading from “Guest List” at the West Orange Public Library. I had a fantastic time and met some other amazing authors.

“Love Cats” by Maryanne Christiano-Mistretta

My fictitious “Love Cats” will be published this spring! I’m honored to say, I have permission from Hal Leonard to use lyrics by Iggy Pop and The Cure! Stay tuned for more updates regarding “Love Cats.”

“The Love of God and a Good Man” by Ana Kladivko.

Anna’s memoir is just about to be wrapped up, as I’ve been helping her write her memoir for the past few months. Anna lived a very exciting and oftentimes tragic life both in Spain and the United States. It’s an honor to work closely with her as she bares her soul in this candid effort.

WHAT IS ‘PEAR TREE ENTERPRISES’?

Often I’m asked, “What exactly is Pear Tree Enterprises?”

Well, to find out, you can go to “The Vault” and check out my first newsletter which explains in full how I started my business.

In short, Pear Tree Enterprises is a business I started back in August 2008. I registered the name in February 2009 to make what I do more than just “freelance” work. The work I do is mainly book editing, writing, copyediting and proofreading. But I also manage entertainers! Being a creative person who loves all areas of the arts, that is not so far-fetched. I give each client the individual attention they deserve by using time blocks. To see how satisfied Pear Tree clients are, please read the testimonial section.

In addition to all of the above I’ve also dabbled in personal assistance and modeling and always welcome more work.

I hope this answers your questions and I look forward to doing business with you!
