“We only have one rule. You can’t stop. You can go as slow as you need to go, but you cannot stop. You can never drop out.”  — Lewis Howes

I was blessed beyond belief to attend the Summit of Greatness 2018 in Columbus, Ohio, early October, and also spend some quality time exploring the city. The Summit was life-changing as I experienced the testimonies of so many amazing speakers. My favorites included, of course Lewis Howes, Amy Purdy, Jay Shety, Lindsey Stirling, and Dr. Mark Hyman (who I was very honored to meet!)

Upon my return, I was inspired to start creating my You Tube Channel “Be YOUnique, the Anti-Bullying Channel.” I’m not quite ready for an official debut, but it’s out in the open if you feel inspired to poke around You Tube. I’ll be hosting videos featuring motivational speakers, musicians, friends/family, and all around greatness!

I’m also excited to report that my fourth book, “I Don’t Want to Be Like You” is doing well on Amazon! Check it out: https://www.amazon.com/Dont-Want-Be-Like-You/dp/1726273261

With that, I will say that I am available to speak about anti-bullying in schools, churches, events, and more! Feel free to contact me for availability at maryannechristiano@gmail.cm

I’m also helping two clients write their memoirs, doing some writing for R&S Landscaping (newsletters and updating their FaceBook page) (https://www.rscape.com/) and We Love Florists (https://www.facebook.com/beaflorist/). And of course continuing with bookings for my presentations (see below).

“On the Guest List” by Maryanne Christiano-Mistretta

“On the Guest List” is available on Amazon! To get your copy, go here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/162903908X

Last month I was one of the guests at Bric a Brac, 123 W. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, NJ, signing copies of “Guest List.” And my dear friend, Darlene Foster (www.darlenefoster.com) was there presenting her art too. Thanks so much to Viv for having me back at her super cool shop! It was a great way to ring in the holidays!

Thursday, Jan. 8, I’ll be on a book panel reading from “Guest List” at the West Orange Public Library, 46 Mt. Pleasant Ave., West Orange, NJ, from 7 to 9 p.m.

“The Love of God and a Good Man” by Ana Kladivko.

Anna’s memoir is still in the beginning stages. Anna lived a very exciting and oftentimes tragic life both in Spain and the United States. It’s an honor to work closely with her as she bares her soul in this candid effort.

 WHAT IS ‘PEAR TREE ENTERPRISES’?

Often I’m asked, “What exactly is Pear Tree Enterprises?”

Well, to find out, you can go to “The Vault” and check out my first newsletter which explains in full how I started my business.

In short, Pear Tree Enterprises is a business I started back in August 2008. I registered the name in February 2009 to make what I do more than just “freelance” work. The work I do is mainly book editing, writing, copyediting and proofreading. But I also manage entertainers! Being a creative person who loves all areas of the arts, that is not so far-fetched. I give each client the individual attention they deserve by using time blocks. To see how satisfied Pear Tree clients are, please read the testimonial section.

In addition to all of the above I’ve also dabbled in personal assistance and modeling and always welcome more work.

I hope this answers your questions and I look forward to doing business with you!
