A client was telling me about the Daniel Fast. As a vegan and “mostly” naturalist, it’s not too far off from the way I eat–with one exception, no coffee.
The last time I gave up coffee was the summer of 2008 when I did the 10 day Master Cleanse. No food (or coffee) for 10 days!
It took several days beforehand to wean myself off coffee, and the first few days without it were painful–more so than going without food. But who knows, I might be up to a challenge…along with many other challenges I have in mind for 2023!
